My role in The Big Green Challenge is…
To spread word about the competition on this blog and elsewhere on the web – to encourage as many people as possible to sign up!
Communities I belong to include…
Various online communities including Facebook, Flickr and LinkedIn, plus the Media Trust which brings media professionals and charities together. I’m involved in my local equestrian community too.
The best idea I’ve seen to tackle climate change is…
I like ideas which transform simple, individual actions onto a much bigger scale, so the ban on plastic shopping bags in Modbury, Devon is something that caught my eye.
I’m involved in The Big Green Challenge because…
It’s an exciting initiative which gives communities the chance to be really creative and entrepreneurial, while making a valuable contribution to finding new ways to tackle climate change.
